It was a bombastic birthday celebration of challenging star Darshan on 16th of February at Kanteerava studios. There was no space for the vehicles to get in. So much was the rush from Kannada film industry to take part in the birthday of Darshan.

The day happened to be the launch of ‘Bul Bul’ in Toogudeepa Productions. Two huge Ivories (from elephant tusks) made sharp edges meeting was the plaster of Paris design. On one side Toogudeepa Productions Ashirwarda and another side is Ambarish Sahakaradondige in gold color wordings.

As we entered the Kanteerava studios both the sides with huge portraits of Darshan with some statements greeted everyone. One of the many posters was Darshan with his son Vineeth looked so sweet and never missed the eyes of guests. In another poster Darshan with good make up looked like ‘Acchhu’ of his son.

Many number of cakes were cut on this occasion and the memorable gift for Darshan was from his wife Vijayalakshmi – a Jaguar sky blue car that was parked on one side.

It was rain of best wishes and affectionate hugs Darshan received on February 16.
